The Malvern Hills GeoCentre featuring Cafe H2O, our cafe on the hills, is the official visitor information centre for the Geopark Way. We are situated on the western slopes of the Hills, providing information about the Abberley and Malvern Hills Geopark, the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the Malverns.
Wall maps in the Centre show the Geopark and its geology, the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the Malvern Hills & Commons. iPads allow visitors to access a wealth of information, and a large video wall shows panoramas and videos of the region. We also have some small displays of fossils and rocks from the region, and some relevant kids activities at a school-desk workstation.
Commanding amazing views over Herefordshire towards Wales, Cafe H2O within the Centre serves a slection of light locally sourced / homemade lunches and refreshments. A range of souvenirs, maps, and postcards are also available for purchase.
Facilities include an on-site free car park, disabled access, highchairs & baby-changing facilities, and free wi-fi. Assistance and well-behaved dogs are permitted inside, and we have some picnic benches and a dog bowl of water outside.
We also have a Tramper all-terrain mobility scooter available for hire to visit the Worcestershire Beacon.
